Depends on who owns the land. Overall, if it is accessible to the public, making sure each color can end up trees, brush or floor clean. As for gear, unless you (a chicken gun a real weapon, hopper, CO2) and the mask is sufficient. Some play with gloves and pads on the chest, though. Have fun.
