How do I prep and repair holes/chips to paint an interior concrete floor? - interior floor paint

I did remove the tape from the ground if I remove the stickers 12x12 tiles. What is best used to fill gaps created when I removed the carpet backing tactical ground, small cracks, and one quarter the size of the imperfections of the concrete.

You must first be easily removed with a hammer of light at all holes and crevices of cement in bulk. This makes the holes / cracks a little bigger, but they are the best bet against more.

Then use a mixture of cement and lime of approximately 1:4 (1 cement, lime-4) or 1:3 in order to fill gaps and cracks. Apply with large 3 "-4" scraper securely on the level of work as possible to keep up with the ground.
