Veggie Cooking Are Veggie Burgers Safe To Eat Without Cooking Or Warming Them Up?

Are veggie burgers safe to eat without cooking or warming them up? - veggie cooking

It seems a silly question, because we eat raw vegetables, all the time. I trust my own recipes, but bought in stores, you can eat without heating?

I think yes, they are made from soy, such as sliced vegetables, etc., and has eaten cold, I would assume.

I mean, it's not like you can get as mad cow disease or something. Veggie burgers and soy eat only vegetables or cooked?

(Yes, yes, yes, I just got the rest of the question.)

I ate hamburgers and black beans, without warming up before and it's perfect. I think that would be acceptable.

um. I am a vegetarian and how the whole time. but I've always heated BC franckly tastes better that way. solely because of their alleged real meat to cook is from E. coli bc. and kills bacteria and other things. Since its real and its probly not just tofu would be good to eat raw.

No, it is necessary to heat them. Is there anything in these facilities, the soy and / or protein additive, in which case they contaminated and can make you sick with the celebration of consumption, or improperly contained

Veggie burgers are processed. They contain many ingredients other than soy protein and vegetables (just check the ingredients list!) For this reason, veggie burgers really well cooked to kill any bacteria that may be persistent. They eat only raw vegetables, homemade burgers, because you know what you can, and you know that the preparation will be cleaned.
